The SocIAS project team has successfully started its work. Kübra Akkaya and Andrea Cass have joined the project as team members, and will pursue their PhD in Sociology at the University of Konstanz. Janina Reinmuth is working in the project as student research assistant since June and Yeganeh Moussavi has just now joined the team as student research assistant.
Ariane Bertogg is the research group leader and serves as an assistant professor in Sociology with a focus on life course, aging and health at the University of Konstanz.
Kübra completed her master’s degree in Sociology at Freie Universität Berlin. Her research interests focus on health, working conditions, and political participation.
Andrea holds a Master's degree in Sociology and Social Science from the University of Cologne. Her research interests center on social inequality and health.
Yeganeh and Janina both study the M.A. Sociology of Inequality at University of Konstanz.
